Our solution concerning BCP (Business Continuity Planning) is based on best practices -universally recognized- and on internationally approved standards, and its basis stems from risk management. Business Continuity Management is rooted in a continual process that starts with a good knowledge of our clients’ background with the objective that continuity forms part of the organization’s own strategies.

Phases of the process

•	Obtaining knowledge of the business through initiation of the project
•	Carrying out an impact analysis (BIA – Business Impact Analysis), its purpose being the determination of the critical process of the business, evaluation of economic and operational impacts on the business in case there are no human, logistic or technologic resources to execute the same, in addition to establishing a priority order for the recuperation of said processes
•	Performing risk analysis, the critical processes identified in the previous phase, offering as available options: eliminating, minimizing or taking the assessed risks.
•	Developing continuity strategies and assessing them until a balance between expenses, risks to be minimized and expected benefits is achieved.
•	Documenting the procedures to be followed according to the adopted strategy. The procedures include planning of resources, logistics and technology needed to restore the business’ essential services.
•	Testing restoring solutions and performance of exercises based on the Plan to ensure its good functioning and being able to update weak points encountered along this phase.
•	Sensitizing and training staff for BCP and the importance this has for the business

The Business continuity plan may include

•	Technologic disaster recovery plan (DRP), the purpose of which is to provide a solution in case systems failure occurs, either by means of external providers or by developing an internal solution.
•	Continuity of operations plan (COOP), it consists in ensuring continuity of operations by hiring appropriate logistics services
•	business continuity plan (BCP), it encompasses the above plans and covers the overall business, in case of interruption of its operations caused by any incident or contingency
