We provide maintenance and backup services, through a Service Level Agreement (SLA), to those businesses that manage AIX/Linux/Windows servers, both in internal and external datacenters.
Scope of the services offered:
Monitoring
Follow-up of servers’ performance and of the services provided by them.
Installation
We take charge of the installation of new software, with or without technicians.
Updating
We carry out software updating, in a controlled manner, in all equipment where local and remote vulnerabilities were detected.
Change recommendations
We suggest changes based on performance and monitoring reports, both concerning hardware and software, and with respect to the design of a solution.
Reports
Monthly delivery of reports on traffic, performance and server uptime and detailed lists of the activities carried out on the equipment.
Support
In the event of any contingency, we are prepared to find a solution to your problem
Team work
If the client counts with systems staff, coordinated work is carried out in order to transfer knowledge and organize tasks. If the company so requires, we act according to the guidelines of the client’s management team leader.
Backup
Optionally, we can carry out backup and information recovery work.
